These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website urbanpulsemanagement.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Urban Pulse Management L.L.C-FZ (“Urban Pulse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Urban Pulse offers content creation, video production, product marketing, and brand design services (“Services”). Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements between Urban Pulse and the client.
Information on the Site regarding pricing, packages, and service descriptions is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer. Final terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the Site without our written consent
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content through any form on the Site
3. Intellectual Property
Site content: All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Urban Pulse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any Site content without our written permission.
Client deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specified in their project agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Urban Pulse retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
4. Quote Requests & Contact Forms
Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a binding agreement. It initiates a conversation. We will respond within one business day with a proposal. No obligation exists on either party until a project agreement is signed.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms:
- Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month
- One-time projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the agreement
- Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is current
6. Revisions & Deliverables
Each service tier includes a specified number of revision rounds (detailed in the project agreement). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final deliverables are provided in the formats specified in the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Urban Pulse provides the Site and Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
8. Termination
Monthly retainer clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed. For project-based work, cancellation terms are defined in the project agreement. Urban Pulse reserves the right to terminate any engagement if the client breaches these Terms or the project agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
