How many logo concepts do I get? expand_more

3 distinct directions — each exploring a different strategic angle (e.g., one wordmark, one monogram, one symbol). You pick one direction, and we refine it for 2 rounds until it feels right. If none of the 3 resonate, we offer one additional round of exploration.

What final files will I receive? expand_more

SVG, PNG (transparent + white backgrounds), and PDF in all variants: horizontal, stacked, monogram, and monochrome. Source files (AI/Figma) available on request. Brand System and Full Identity clients also receive a brand guidelines PDF with usage rules, color codes, and typography specs.

Do you handle trademark registration? expand_more

We don't do legal filings ourselves, but we check for obvious visual conflicts before delivery and can recommend IP services if you need formal registration. The logo is designed to be yours — full usage rights transfer on delivery.

What is the typical timeline? expand_more

Logo only: 7 days from kickoff to final files. Brand System: 14 days. Full Identity: 4–6 weeks depending on scope. Rush delivery available for all tiers at an additional fee. We communicate daily during active design phases.

Can you design our website too? expand_more

Yes — we offer web design as part of our services. Brand + web is a common bundle. See our Web Design service page or contact us for a combined quote. Many clients find that designing the brand identity first makes the web project faster and cheaper.

What if I don't like any of the concepts? expand_more

It happens rarely (less than 5% of projects) because we invest heavily in the discovery phase to understand your vision before drawing anything. If none of the 3 concepts resonate, we run one additional exploration round at no extra cost. If we still can't find alignment, we offer a 50% refund.
