What ad budget do you recommend for a launch? add
For a new product launch sprint, we recommend starting with at least $2,000–5,000 in ad spend for the first 2–4 weeks. This gives us enough data to test 3–5 creative angles, identify winning audiences, and optimize before scaling. Larger launches typically start at $10k+ and scale from there based on ROAS targets.
Do you work with pre-revenue brands? add
Yes — our Launch Sprint is specifically designed for products going from zero to first revenue. You need a validated product (prototype, waitlist, or early users), not necessarily revenue. We've launched brands from $0 to $800k in their first month.
Do you build the landing pages too? add
Yes. We believe traffic and conversion are two sides of the same coin, so every launch includes a custom landing page designed, written, and built in-house. We typically build in WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify depending on your stack. Pages ship in 5–10 business days.
Which ad platforms do you manage? add
Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. We recommend channel mix based on your audience and product type — DTC brands typically start on Meta, SaaS on Google, and creator products on TikTok. We manage the creative AND the spend.
Is there a minimum engagement period? add
Launch Sprints are one-time (typically 4–6 weeks). Growth Retainers have a 3-month initial commitment — this gives us enough time for proper creative testing, funnel maturation, and at least 2 optimization cycles. After the initial period, it's month-to-month.
Do you handle influencer or PR campaigns? add
Influencer seeding and coordination is included in the Full Funnel package. For Growth Retainer clients, we offer influencer management as an add-on. Traditional PR we coordinate with your team or external partners — we're performance marketers at our core, not a PR firm.
How do you report on results? add
Weekly Slack/email updates with key metrics (spend, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates). Monthly deep-dive reports with creative analysis, audience insights, and strategic recommendations for the next cycle. You get full access to ad manager dashboards — no black boxes.
